Cryptopay retail services are ending, with 1 January 2026 as the final effective date. As of this date, retail onboarding, account operations, and payment services are no longer available.
This page is intended for informational purposes regarding the discontinuation of retail (B2C) services and does not offer retail products or services.
Information for existing retail customers
If you are a Cryptopay retail customer and have questions regarding your account or any remaining balance, please contact us via the in-app chat or email us at support@cryptopay.me.
Information regarding account closure and next steps has been communicated to customers by email.

Cryptopay continues to process customer requests related to the closure of retail accounts in line with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory and service status
Cryptopay does not provide regulated financial services or virtual asset services to retail customers.
Personal data continues to be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
