Through live chat and email support, you’ll help us ensure that our customers and prospective clients have a great experience. You must bring a positive, can-do, customer focused attitude to get the job done.
What you'll be doing:
- Respond to chat and email inquiries on product features & functionality
- Assist in business document collection and enrollment verification
- Solve customer requests involving account management, card reissuance, and other special handling requests
- Investigate and communicate card transaction and account load activity
- Solicit and compile customer feedback to help drive product and process improvement
Do you have what we need?
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fluent in English
- Work well as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Flexible working hours
- Driven and self-motivated
