Customer Success Specialist

We’re looking for a talented, friendly customer care specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers. Through live chat and email support, you’ll help us ensure that our customers and prospective clients have a great experience. You must bring a positive, can-do, customer focused attitude to get the job done.

What you'll be doing:

  • Respond to chat and email inquiries on product features & functionality
  • Assist in business document collection and enrollment verification
  • Solve customer requests involving account management, card reissuance, and other special handling requests
  • Investigate and communicate card transaction and account load activity
  • Solicit and compile customer feedback to help drive product and process improvement

Do you have what we need?

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Work well as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer facing roles
  • Flexible working hours
  • Driven and self-motivated
